The ABA Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice is pleased to announce its 2026 Spring Conference will again include a day of in-person academic paper workshops in Washington, DC, on Thursday, May 7th, 2026. The workshops will provide the selected participants with an opportunity to receive useful feedback on their scholarly work. All are invited to participate, including junior scholars and those considering entering academia.

We invite you to submit your draft paper related to administrative law by Friday, March 6th, 2026. Please complete the form and upload your submission (in PDF, please) here: forms.gle/t4Yponnp9orYfWrK7.

Selections will be announced by Monday, March 30, 2026. If selected, there will be an opportunity to submit a revised draft by April 24th, 2026.

We are also looking for commenters. Each paper selected will be reviewed and commented on by at least one other scholar. We hope those who have submitted papers for feedback will also consider volunteering to serve as commenters for other papers. If you are interested in serving as a commenter but not planning to submit a paper, please email Zachary Price indicating your interest at pricez@uclawsf.edu by Friday, March 6th.
