Happy 75th Birthday to the Administrative Procedure Act

On this day 75 years ago, the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) was enacted. As Emily Bremer has flagged on the blog, the Administrative Conference of the United States has published a series of blog posts this week to celebrate the APA. And as I noted earlier this week, the George Mason Law Review is hosting its annual administrative law symposium on the subject this afternoon. I’ll be discussing my contribution to the symposium, The Lost World of the Administrative Procedure Act: A Literature Review. The George Mason Law Review published the symposium issue earlier this year, and the table of contents with links to each contribution is here.
