New Podcast of Potential Interest to Notice & Comment Readers
As we approach Thanksgiving travels, I wanted to share a new monthly podcast that might be of interest to readers of this blog. The podcast is titled “The Separation of Powers,” and it is produced by the Separation of Powers Institute at the Catholic University of America.
I host the podcast, and each episode typically includes an interview with someone writing in the administrative law space. This month’s episode (“The Law-Fact Distinction”) featured an interview with Professor Haley N. Proctor. She has a fascinating new paper out, which I enjoyed having the opportunity to discuss. Past episodes include my debate with John J. Vecchione concerning the President’s authority to impose tariffs, my discussion with Beau J. Baumann concerning Congress and Humphrey’s Executor, and my discussion with Eli Nachmany concerning administrative remedies.
If you think that you (or a colleague) might have a paper or project that would make for a good podcast episode, please let me know via email! And for those who enjoy legal podcasts as much as I do, let me also recommend the C. Boyden Gray Center’s podcast “Gray Matters,” which recently picked back up after a hiatus.
