This Friday, November 21: ABA Administrative Law Conference (with Complimentary CLE)

ABA

Each year the ABA Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice hosts a signature conference on administrative law. Since we switched the annual conference online during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had more than 1,000 attendees at our annual conference. The vast majority of our attendees have been government attorneys. The protracted government shutdown has created financial and logistical complications for many of those regular attendees.

Accordingly, we have decided to switch from our traditional two-day conference and instead offer a free, one-day CLE conference on Friday, November 21, 2025. The one day of programming will include our signature developments panels in the morning and a dual track of programming in the afternoon with two ethics panels and two substantive administrative law panels. Registration and CLE credit (pending approval) will be provided free of charge to anyone interested in attending. You can register for the conference here. Here is the conference program.

The Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice Section offers this conference free of charge to show our appreciation to the federal government attorneys who serve our country and who had been furloughed. And to all of our Section Members and regular attendees for whom this conference provides an essential amount of legal educational content.

We hope to see you all at the conference later this week!

Fall Conference Co-Chairs:
